Return & Exchange Policy


At Aeré Candles and Scents, each item is carefully crafted and thoughtfully packaged. As part of our commitment to quality and hygiene, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.


However, we understand that accidents happen. If your item arrives with broken glass or damage in transit, we are happy to offer an exchange. To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number.
